Squats, presses, deadlifts, swings, cleans, and carries, the movements that make you strong in ways that transfer to everything else. No circuit of machines, no guessing, just proven lifts coached with proper form so you get stronger without getting hurt.

Power starts from the ground up. The same posterior chain that drives a heavy deadlift drives a hard kick and a heavy cross. That's why strength work and striking belong together, your lifts make your strikes meaner, and your conditioning lets you keep throwing them in the last round when everyone else is gassed.

Do I have to do striking to train strength here? +

No. You can train pure barbell and kettlebell strength, blend it with kickboxing, or do striking only. Every session is built around your goals.

What is kettlebell training good for? +

Kettlebells build full-body strength, explosive power, grip, and conditioning all at once. They're efficient, joint-friendly, and great for athletes and everyday fitness alike.

Is this like a CrossFit class? +

No. It's private, one-on-one programming built specifically for you, not a group workout everyone does together. Every lift is coached and scaled to you.

I've never lifted before. Is that okay? +

Absolutely. Beginners are who structured coaching helps most. We teach the lifts from scratch with light loads and build you up safely.
