There's no risk and no catch. One free session, one-on-one, so you can feel what real coaching is like before you decide anything.

How it works

Reach out by call, text, or email, and we'll find a time that works for you. When you arrive, you'll get a genuine private session built around your goals and fitness, whether that's hitting pads, learning self-defense basics, or moving some weight. No crowd, no pressure, just coaching.

  • Athletic clothes you can move in
  • Supportive shoes (or be ready to train barefoot for some work)
