How much does personal training cost? +
Every plan starts with a free first session. After that, rates depend on how often you train, so call or text and we'll put together something that fits your goals and budget, with no contracts.
Do I have to do striking, or can I just train fitness? +
Whatever you want. You can do pure barbell and kettlebell strength and conditioning, fat-loss focused training, striking, or a blend. It's built entirely around you.
I'm a total beginner. Is that okay? +
More than okay, it's ideal. Coaching helps beginners most. We teach every movement from scratch with the right load and progress you safely.
Where do sessions take place? +
At a private training space in Linn Creek, central to the Lake. The exact address and parking are shared when you book your first session.
