Linn Creek, MO · Lake of the Ozarks
Kickboxing, carried home to the Lake.
A striking gym shaped on the road, from Chad Petty's mats in Las Cruces, to the mountains of Pagosa Springs, to Wayman Carter's ring in Lawrence, and finally home to the Ozarks. All of it brought back here, for you. First class free.
The road here
This gym is the sum of every mat I've stood on.
Linn Creek Kickboxing Club didn't start in Linn Creek. It started in a desert, kept building in the mountains, got sharpened on the prairie, and finally came home to the water. Here's the road that made it, and the coaches who shaped it along the way.
Where I learned to strike. Coach Chad Petty drilled the fundamentals into me, clean technique, footwork, and patience, and built the foundation everything since has stood on.
Thin air, hard conditioning, and respect for the long grind. Where the wind and the will got built up in the high country.
Ring craft, timing, and the edge that only comes from real rounds with good people. The polish on the foundation.
All of it, brought back to the Lake. A small room, honest coaching, and everything learned along the way, passed on to you.
"You don't get a gym like this from a franchise manual. You get it from miles, mentors, and a lot of rounds."
What you'll find here
Not a chain. A room that remembers your name.
One-on-one coaching, honest feedback, and zero ego. Whether you're here to get in shape, blow off steam, or chase a fight, you'll get coached like it matters.
Technique First
Footwork, defense, and clean strikes before you ever spar. We build it right, the way it was taught to me.

Barbell and kettlebell work paired with hard rounds, building wind, power, and the kind of grit the mountains taught that carries into the rest of life.
