The Lake's only dedicated kickboxing & Muay Thai gym.

Everyone else around here does jiu-jitsu, karate, or treadmills. We do striking, we do real strength, and we do it one-on-one.

The road here

This gym is the sum of every mat I've stood on.

Linn Creek Kickboxing Club didn't start in Linn Creek. It started in a desert, kept building in the mountains, got sharpened on the prairie, and finally came home to the water. Here's the road that made it, and the coaches who shaped it along the way.

Las Cruces, NM
Where it started
Under Coach Chad Petty

Where I learned to strike. Coach Chad Petty drilled the fundamentals into me, clean technique, footwork, and patience, and built the foundation everything since has stood on.

Pagosa Springs, CO
Mountain miles
The Forge Martial Arts Academy

Where I cross-trained and conditioned in the San Juan Mountains, at an ego-free, character-first gym whose culture shaped my own.

Lawrence, KS
Sharpening
Under Coach Wayman Carter

Ring craft, timing, and the edge that only comes from real rounds with good people. The polish on the foundation.

Home
Lake of the Ozarks

All of it, brought back to the Lake. A small room, honest coaching, and everything learned along the way, passed on to you.

"You don't get a gym like this from a franchise manual. You get it from miles, mentors, and a lot of rounds."

What you'll find here

Not a chain. A room that remembers your name.

One-on-one coaching, honest feedback, and zero ego. Whether you're here to get in shape, blow off steam, or chase a fight, you'll get coached like it matters.

Technique First

Footwork, defense, and clean strikes before you ever spar. We build it right, the way it was taught to me.

Real Strength

Barbell and kettlebell work paired with hard rounds, building wind, power, and the kind of grit the mountains taught that carries into the rest of life.

Zero Ego

Beginners train safe. Nobody gets thrown to the wolves. Everybody leaves a little better than they came in.

How it works

One coach. One-on-one. By appointment.

Right now it's just me, Ty McDuffey, which means every session is fully private and built around you. No crowded class, no waiting your turn, no cookie-cutter workout, just focused coaching at the Lake.

Questions

Before you come in.

Where is Linn Creek Kickboxing Club located? +

We're in Linn Creek, Missouri, in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks and just minutes from Camdenton off the Highway 54 corridor. We're a private training space, so reach out for the exact address and parking details when you book your first class.

Do I need any experience to start? +

Not at all. Most people who walk in have never thrown a punch. Every session scales to your level, and your first class is free so you can try it with zero pressure.

What should I bring to my first class? +

Just athletic clothes, a water bottle, and a willingness to learn. We have loaner gloves for your first few sessions and we'll point you to the right gear once you're hooked.

How much does it cost? +

Your first class is always free. After that we keep it simple with a low monthly membership and a punch-card option for drop-ins. Call or email for current pricing.
