Yes. It's a high-energy, full-body workout that burns a lot of calories while building strength and coordination. Paired with sensible habits, it's one of the most enjoyable ways to get in shape, and the fun factor is what keeps you consistent.

Do I need any experience? +

None at all. It's beginner-friendly and scaled to your fitness in private 1-on-1 sessions. If you can move, you can do this.

How is it different from regular kickboxing? +

Cardio kickboxing emphasizes the workout, conditioning, fat-burning, and fun, while still teaching real technique. Regular kickboxing and Muay Thai go deeper into skill and sparring. Many people start with cardio and grow into the rest.

What should I bring? +

Athletic clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle. We have loaner gloves for your first few sessions.
